Sangeetha Abhyas is a non-profit portal dedicated to share knowledge about Carnatic music. It is a goal to share information that will help novice users understand the art. Hence the website contains a lot of details about Carnatic music from the basic structure of Carnatic Ragams, Thalams, Swarams, Artistes, Composers, etc. to in depth details of compositions. The portal also contains a radio to listen to Carnatic music. The songs played in the portal are legal copies of the songs bought by the owner of the portal (they are from our collection). We are taking a lot of measures to protect these content from being downloaded from our portal. Any re-use or download of songs and other audio from our portal is not permitted.

The portal also expands the knowledge of Carnatic music beyond its traditional usage by relating it with other styles of music like movie songs. The goal again being able to provide examples that will help learn the intricacies of Carnatic music from a variety of perspectives.
